We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If something's not right, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? Reach out as soon as possible — if it hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel it with no issue.
